HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY

Interdean Ukraine is committed to the highest quality of services and wants to ensure that our suppliers act with honesty, fairness, and transparency with their employees and customers. We expect our suppliers to not engage in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices.

ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION

  • We expect our suppliers never make direct or indirect contacts with competitors or other third parties the object of which is to engage in cartel behavior.
  • We expect our suppliers never propose an agreement with competitors or other third parties regarding fixing prices, sharing markets or influencing bidding process.
  • We expect our suppliers never engage in any form of bribery or improper payment including any local and foreign official anywhere in the world.

    WORKPLACE DIVERSITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Suppliers should treat their employees equally regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity, national origin, disability, age or genetic information
  • Suppliers should provide equal career opportunities basing on the experience and performance that enable all their employees to do their jobs well and to succeed in their careers.
  • Information we may receive from other sources. We are working closely with third parties (including, for example, your employer, business partners and sub-contractors (including in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies, financial institutions, financial advisers, external medical bodies, disclosure and criminal check services, police forces and courts) and may receive information about you from them). These third parties may be based outside of the EEA (see the Storage and transfer of Your Data section for more information).
  • Suppliers must provide a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, bias or any other form of abuse.
  • DATA PROTECTION

  • Suppliers must ensure that they treat any information received about clients or our business as confidential.
  • Suppliers must ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy laws regarding protection, transfer, access, and storage of personal information.
  • Suppliers must ensure security of the personal data including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage.
  • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

  • Supplier shall comply with all applicable international and local laws. We may request Supplier to provide documents confirming compliance with any of the laws or regulations that may be applicable.
